Stevi, known as the “millennial coach”, has more than 7 years of experience in providing leadership training to youngleaders at various levels. Stevi believes that everyone at every layer in the organization is a leader, because a leader starts from leading himself, then followed by leading people, and leading the business. Focus on strengthening the leader’s mindset, how to build relationships and trust from the team, and how to design effective business strategies. He brought this belief to various companies, from banking companies, oil and gas companies, FMCG companies and other industries. How does he work? Stevi believe that Training Needs Analysis(TNA) is the most important thing to have an impact on any given training, therefore collaborationwith stakeholders and clients is at the core of the success of a training. He is an associate certified coach of the International coaching federation, advanced in data analytics and human resources. Heis also a Mindfulness and NLP practitioner
